Morningside Credit Rescue is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our dynamic team in Morningside, Durban, KZN. This full time position at the Associate Level requires at least 6 months - 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. As a Remote Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for dialing to get new clients, incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing excellent service to all callers.

 

We also offer a training program to those who'll to join but don't the required experience.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Dial out to get new clients and Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.

3. Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.

4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

5. Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service to customers.

6. Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company.
